Tanner's First Piano Recital 5/1/09

This year Tanner has taken on Piano. He has done such an amazing job. This was his first recital and he played Alley Cat. He was amazing! We are so very proud of him!

New Grass!

Yay! After all these years of living here, Chris finally got new grass for the backyard. He put a lot of work into it and it looks so good! Chris's dad came over and helped Chris lay the sod down. We are loving the new grass! Thank you Chris!

Happy Easter 2009

I know this is late, but here are a few pics of our Easter this year. The kids waited all day to do an egg hunt! :) We woke up to find the Easter Bunny had visited and then we went to church. When we got home I told the kids we had to wait for Daddy before we did an egg hunt. The minute Chris got home from work, the kids attacked him and were ready for the hunt! haha

Luke Day 2009

We went to Luke Day this year at the Airforce Base. Besides the HORRIBLE traffic we had a lot of fun and the kids loved all the planes. Here are a few random pics from our outing :)

Newest Members of the Harris Zoo....

So we have 2 new members to the Harris Zoo!!

Meet Ariel and Sparton. They are Bearded Dragons. They are Tanner's new room mates since Bean (our Iguana) passed. The kids and Chris love them! Me, I have to get used to them..haha. They are really calm and loved to be held. The kids can even hold them.

Brody's First Hair Cut

So I decided it is finally time to take Brody to get his first hair cut. Here is some pics from the adventure :) For the most part he did good, but he did not like the lady cutting his hair around his ears..haha.

Eight is Great!!

Tanner is now 8! I can't believe it! He has grown up right before my eyes. :( Tanner had a wonderful birthday. This week he is going to have a sleep over with his friends and go bowling and shopping with mom and dad!! :) Along with Tanner's birthday, he is now baptized! What a special day that was!! Tanner wad baptized on March 7, 2009 by his daddy! His Uncle Daniel gave a special talk on the Holy Ghost and he also got a new set of Scriptures from Grandma!! Now that Tanner is 8 he also gets to join Scouts!! He is so excited! The Pinewood Derby Race is this month!!! :)
